The Anomaly Scan, also called the 20-week scan, is a detailed ultrasound examination that assesses your baby’s growth and development and looks closely at major organs and body structures.

Usually performed between 18–22 weeks of pregnancy, when the baby’s anatomy can be examined in detail.
